Former President Trump (31%) – "He is the most experienced candidate, he has the respect of the other nations and their leaders, He has persevered in the face of the Democratic machine trying to create a socialist society. He has endured all the falsehoods manifested by the Democrats. America should be tired and fed up with the false allegations and fear mongering by the Democrats."
"He's the best candidate for getting our economy back on track and securing our border and getting our country out of wars we don't belong in. Not to mention, if Trump was president instead of Biden, we wouldn't be in those wars. Trumps belief is America first and foremost. We don't need a radical Californian in the White House. That state is so screwed up and Harris is just an extension of their policies. She was given one job as Vice president, border control. She failed miserably. She will do more of the same as President."
Vice President Harris (50%) – "For the future - for democracy, for the planet, for civil rights, for social justice, for environmental justice, for health justice, for economic justice, for reproductive rights, for voting rights, for the courts. For respect, for integrity, for kindness, for honesty, for transparency. For hope."
"She will do all in her power to fight climate change, gun violence, gender/lgbtq inustice and promote equity for all. Donald Trump will actively destroy the values of the American people while threatening our personal safety and the safety of our nation."
"Because the presidency takes a lot of energy to do it well and Trump does not have what it takes to make it 4 more years in the White House. Also, the continued advocacy of disproved conspiracy theories makes me not trust the thought process of both Kennedy and Trump."
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (7%) – "He is an earnest man with character. He is by no means perfect, but if anyone could be a good leader as president in this race, its him. I'm done settling for a lesser evil. Even if he doesn't win, I would rather vote for him and hold a good conscience than to vote for someone I don't believe is fit for office."
Another third-party candidate (5%) – "I just want to express that there is a statistical interest in opening up the election to more than two parties. With only two options to pick the lesser evil from, our system simply masquerades as a democracy while functioning as political theatre with leadership selected, not elected, from a chosen few who promise to maintain a status quo economy that benefits the 1% and keeps close corporate ties to government."
Not planning to vote/Too young to vote (3%) – "I'm still a minor, which has been especially frustrating this year, when it's such an important election. If I could vote, I would vote for Harris. There's been a lot of buzz surrounding Project 2025; prior to the recent Supreme Court decisions, I would have been inclined to assume that it would never come to fruition, but now I'm a little more frightened of the long-lasting repercussions that could very well ensue from Trump having the opportunity to appoint still more people to the SCOTUS. I'm tired of the polarization & villanization that have been characteristic of politics in this country for years, and I'd rather see Harris than a candidate like Trump who would inarguably contribute to that."
Unsure/other (4%) – "I can’t stomach voting for either Harris or Trump and not sure how to use my vote in the end."
