Many of the Democratic presidential candidates have put forth specific climate plans that would require federal funding. Here are a few: - Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders unveiled a $16.3 trillion climate plan last week, comparing the current state of the environment to the challenges faced by FDR during World War II.
- Andrew Yang released a $5 trillion plan on Monday that includes sustainability practices and moving American populations away from high-risk areas.
- Elizabeth Warren outlined a $2 trillion plan in June that calls for clean energy research and technological development, and also addresses the climate through other parts of her overall policy plan.
- Joe Biden’s plan calls for $1.7 trillion and proposes infrastructure improvements and strong international leadership on climate issues.

Well, Finnegans donates 100% of its profits to buy fresh, organic produce from farmers to donate to local food banks. The company also started a “reverse food truck” that collects food and monetary donations in return for beer samples - thanks to their ~80 volunteers there’s now six of those trucks roaming the country. Throughout Finnegans’ twenty year existence, it’s now contributed around $2 million of social impact, which equates to about 2 million pounds of organic food for those in need.
