Izzy Keane of Ireland likes to wear outfits reflecting her bright and bubbly personality, combining vibrant colors and exciting styles to create captivating ensembles. However, Izzy was born with spina bifida and is paralyzed from the waist down. Despite her dazzling apparel, the first thing people usually notice about Izzy is her wheelchair. Although she embraces her disability, Izzy felt frustrated that no options were available to personalize her mechanical chair.
