CarPlay Ultra is here, and it’s taking over more than just the aux cord. The new software, unveiled yesterday, builds on the current capabilities of Apple CarPlay and integrates more deeply with car systems.

Look, but you can’t yet touch: CarPlay Ultra will initially cater to those with a taste for British luxury and six-plus figures to blow—the platform is only available in new Aston Martins, though it’s expected to launch for other brands such as Hyundai, Kia, Porsche, and Genesis in the coming months.
