What had you accomplished by ten-years-old?
For most of us, we may have had a couple sports trophies, or a solo in our dance recital to show off. But California elementary schooler Justin Sather has already taken saving the rainforests into his hands... and has made quite the progress.
A toadally unique idea... Justin was in Kindergarten when his mom first read him What Do You Do With an Idea by Kobi Yamada. The book, written to inspire young children to make change in the world, got the wheels turning in Justin's mind.
Starting his research on the project, he was utterly shocked to discover nearly 1/3 of all frog species are critically endangered or facing extinction.
The then 5-year-old Justin got to work selling tiny toy frogs to his friends and family for $1 apiece. Soon after, he had raised $200 from his frogs which was directly donated toward the preservation of wetlands around the world.
But Justin didn't stop there- his journey to save the frogs was only just beginning.

Unfroggetable Experiences... Justin founded For The Love Of Frogs, a non-profit to help conserve frogs' natural environment and remove plastic from our waters.
In the five years since its founding, Justin has raised a whopping $30,000 toward preservation efforts worldwide.
His most recent project consisted of funding and protecting 30 acres of wetland in Ecuador. The land will be a part of the first fully youth-funded 244-acre reserve in the country.
To top it all off, Justin recently met the legend Jane Goodal, his proudest accomplishment to date.
Hop To It... Justin wants people everywhere to know that even small changes can add up when it comes to not only saving the frogs but the environment too.
New Hampshire resident Cam Laundry is counting his lucky stars after his dog Tinsley saved him and a friend from the bitter cold when his truck rolled off the freeway.
Stuck upside down with hypothermia already setting in, Tinsley wiggled her way out of the totaled truck and ran along the side of the busy highway until she found police cars.
Four-year-old Nico Lavallée loves his stuffed deer named Rudolf. Rarely letting the stuffie out of his sight, Nico was understandably distraught when, on a family walk along the Rideau Canal, his younger brother impulsively grabbed the deer and tossed him into the frozen water below. Unable to reach the surface below them, the boys' mom, Brenda, heartbrokenly told Nico that Rudolf may be stuck for good.
