Embla Ademi is an eleven-year-old from North Macedonia. Born with Down Syndrome, she often struggled with bullying at school and a lack of friends.

That is until she was escorted to class by the President himself.

  • President Stevo Pendarovski met with Embla and her parents to discuss the importance of inclusion and representation of neuroatypical people in school.  

“We are all equal in this society," Shared the President in a press release. "I came here to give my support and to raise awareness that inclusion is a basic principle."
