If Bambi didn't already make you cry... you better grab the tissues for this sweet story.
Lisa McDonald's elderly mother recently received a very special visitor to her nursing home. A deer fanatic, the elderly woman loves Bambi, wears Bambi T-shirts, has multiple Bambi statues, and thinks deer are the most beautiful animals on the planet.
- As she neared the end of her life, her daughters wanted to give their mom one last special surprise.
Getting in contact with a nearby petting zoo, the women were able to bring a real fawn into the nursing home for some cuddles with the elderly mother, and her reaction was priceless.
The best part? The fawn's name just so happened to be Bambi 🥰🦌
