😱⬆️ Holy cuteness, Batman!... On April 29, the Nashville Zoo celebrated the birth of a male spotted fanaloka (aka a Malagasy civet) – a rare species of mammal typically found in the forests of Madagascar.

  • According to the zoo, the pup is "healthy and alert" and being cared for in their neonatal care unit.

🍼 Already breaking records: Officially listed as a vulnerable species by the Union for the Conservation of Nature, this baby spotted fanaloka is the first of its kind to be born on US soil.
