🐶❤️ Furry Friends Friday: Finding Ginger

Ginger and her human Barney were always inseparable. The Wisconsin man brought Ginger everywhere with him, including on weekly shopping trips, so he was understandably heartbroken when his pup was stolen right out of the car while on a run to the store. 

• Barney's looked for his girl for half a decade now, never giving up hope that Ginger was out there somewhere. 

🕗 Five years later... When the Beloit Police Deptartment posted a picture of a found stray dog, Barney knew in his heart it was his Ginger. And Ginger knew in her heart that it was her human.🥺 

• ”She was so excited she wanted to break down the door to get to them. It was tear-jerking for sure,” said a shelter employee. ”This shows you that you should not give up whether it’s months or years it doesn’t matter. There is still a chance at the end that your animal is going to come home.”
