👯‍♀️ Seeing double? No trouble

Pictured above are two of the newest additions to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. And besides being absolutely adorbs, the pair can claim another title: the first recorded set of elephant twins to ever be born in the USA. 

• Twin elephants make up less than 1% of all species births worldwide – and it's rare for both the calves and mother to survive the birth. But luckily for new mom Mali and her twin boys, the zoo staff were prepped and ready for their arrival.
