Introducing: the world's newest superhero

Following three years of extreme drought, California has experienced a very wet winter – which is not exactly how you'd expect a superhero origin story to begin. But nonetheless, the heavy rainfall has spawned what many environmentalists are calling a "superbloom"🦸‍♀️💪💐.
