Cedar City, Utah, has a rich agricultural history, and a unique celebration to celebrate it each year.

๐Ÿค” Where's Bo Peep... The sheep parade, involving around 1,000 sheep being herded through the city's main street, is the main event of the Cedar Livestock and Heritage Festival each year.

  • The sheep are herded from the high mountain ranges to the desert for the winter months. The tradition has been held every year since the first sheep were brought through the town in 1870.

๐Ÿ’ฌ What they're saying: โ€œMay we never forget the people, animals, and resources that built such a great community and legacy!" reads the festival's website.
