Tad Fendley, a small-town farmer from Amity, Arkansas, wasn't the only one on the farm to excitedly watch the solar eclipse on Monday.
- His pet chicken Gertrude also got a look at the astrological wonder – safely, of course – behind her own tiny pair of solar glasses.
- The chicken was so eggcited watching the eclipse that she even laid an egg🥚.
