Jesse Dufton is an avid climber. Last month, he scaled El Matador, a 500-foot rock face in Wyoming. He claimed it was his hardest climb yet.

Oh – did we mention that he's blind?

⛰️ Jesse was born with a degenerative eye condition called cone-rod dystrophy. At 39 years old, he only has a small amount of light perception left. His climbs are completed by trusting his other senses and relying on his wife, Molly, to guide him from the ground below.

Jesse is now the first blind climber ever to successfully summit El Matador. His journey is documented in the newly released Climbing Blind II.
