🐾 Two new species of truffle were recently discovered by man's best friend – aka specially trained dogs who sniffed them out in the Appalachian Mountains. One was named Tuber canirevelatum, which means "dog-found truffle" in Latin, while the other may be used to make truffle-infused whiskey in Kentucky.
