🥳 Congratulations are in order for Carolina, a giant rat who has worked the last seven years detecting tuberculosis cases that health clinics had missed. The rat detected more than 3,000 cases of the disease and, as a result, likely spared more than 30,000 other people from infection.

🍇 Church members at the Mission of Mary Cooperative in Dayton, Ohio, started planting fruit and vegetable plants in vacant lots around the church in 2009. Now, they provide more than 65,000 lbs of fresh produce to the community every year.
