It's like a Disney movie in the making

👆 Macy is an 11-year-old Golden Retriever from Lahaina, Hawaii, who has always dreamed of meeting a whale.

⛵️ The doggo, who constantly joined her boat captain hoooman, Chrissy, on her trips out at sea, has spent many of her dog days in search of a friendly whale. But they've never let her sit at the proverbial cool ocean kid's table. 

"She's been barking at whales her whole life, but they haven't wanted to do anything with her," Chrissy told AP News.

That all changed last month, however, when Macy finally came face to face with a wild humpback whale—who swam right up to the boat to say hello.
