An unlikely friendship

An orphaned rhino calf and baby zebra both arrived at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust's nursery in Kenya within a week of each other. Since then, the two animals have found comfort in each other while they build up the strength and skills to return to the wild.

  • The two animals are "rarely apart," according to the facility.
  • They often enjoy bottle feedings side-by-side, and love following each other around their rescue home.
