What Happens in Vegas…

… has major implications for the biggest sports league in America. Because starting tonight, thousands of players, agents, team personnel, and fans will converge on the Strip for the 2022 NFL Draft.

🏈 By the numbers...

• After quarterbacks went No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 overall last year, this draft could mark the first time since 2013 – and just the second time in the past 20 years – that zero QBs are selected in the top five.
• Of the 55 players ever drafted No. 1 overall, 33 have multiple Pro Bowl selections, 15 have a first-team All-Pro selection, and eight are in the Hall of Fame.
• The Jacksonville Jaguars have the No. 1 overall pick for the second straight year, with Vegas odds pointing to them picking Georgia defensive end Travon Walker. Overall, the Georgia Bulldogs are projected to have a record-tying four defensive players selected in the first round.

👀 Looking ahead... The first 32 picks will happen tonight starting at 8 ET. The second and third rounds begin tomorrow, and the fourth through seventh rounds are on Saturday.
