👍 Yes (51%): "Should be allowed to? Yes. Should they? No. I agree that it can cause work tensions to rise, but I don't agree that it should be strictly banned or that employees should be "punished" if these topics do come up."
👎 No (32%): "The workplace is a place to execute the company’s objectives, not a place to socialize as freely as one can in a more personal setting. These types of conversations create a lot of judgement between employees that can make it hard to work in a collaborative environment."
