How do you feel about political ads on streaming services?

👎 I dislike them (69%) – "Political ads by their very nature are untruthful and often full of scare tactics. I pay extra NOT to see them. If streaming giants end up airing political ads they will lose me as a customer."

• "The ads are like clips from the Jerry Springer Show. We’ve all had enough drama and trauma to last two lifetimes. If you want to get my attention, show me what your platform is and how you'll serve your potential constituents."

👋 I’m ambivalent (12%) – "I don’t really care about commercials in general – they give me time to get snacks, check my phone, or use the bathroom."

🤷‍♀️ Unsure/other (10%) – "I don’t mind seeing political ads as long as they're relative to me. I don’t want ads for senators or governors from other states where I can't vote anyway."

👍 I enjoy them (9%) – "Political ads are going to follow wherever the eyeballs are, which is increasingly on streaming platforms. I’m sure both sides of the aisle will take advantage of this change as election season approaches."
