🏢 Fully in-person (16%) – "Personally, I teach and the last thing I want to do is go back to remote learning. In-person has proven to have a better impact on my student's engagement and mastery of topics and I want to keep it that way!"

• "As a very socially extroverted person, it is incredibly difficult for me to work well and stay healthy while working remotely. I work best when I can collaborate in person, not in the isolation of my home."

📅 Hybrid schedule (59%) – "I don’t want to completely be cut off from seeing and talking to my coworkers in person, but also, not having to deal with traffic and the other small details of going to the office once or twice a week sounds nice."

• "I think face time is still important in the workplace for a variety of reasons. While being in an office 5 days a week is probably unnecessary, a physical office is more conducive to many activities, work-flow productivity, open dialogue and impromptu business discussion."
• "I will never miss the commute. Where I live, it is almost impossible to live close to where one works. The commute is 30 to 45 minutes. That time makes a big difference, especially when juggling kids' activities and dealing with unpredictable obstacles on the commute like traffic, car trouble, or car accidents."

💻 Fully remote (25%) – "I work fully remote from my hometown and it's really comfortable and cost-efficient. Hybrid still feels like an obligation and it messes up my schedule, since I'm not from the same town as my office."
