It has become much more than just an individual goal. It's really starting to become a collective, cultural mindset. And for that reason alone, I think that more and more people will be pushing for all of us to get to a place where the work week and the weekend truly are balanced, in every sense of the word."

• "With many rural school districts going to 4-day weeks, the remote capabilities being spotlighted from the pandemic, and the "quiet quitting" epidemic, I think we will slowly move toward that. I look for a 4-day week to become a selling point for companies looking to hire."

👎 No (42%) – "While a 4 day work week sounds delightful, and would most likely help with mental health across America, I don’t think it would ever happen here. Most businesses would only see lost profit at the end of the day, and not care about additional benefits to workers."
