How do you feel about the Biden administration’s proposed immigration law?

👍 Strongly agree (24%) – "Border policy needs to have organization and make sense. At least this gives US Border Patrol agents some direction on whom to deport. Right now, it just seems as if everyone crossing wants asylum. It seems a little haphazard now."

📈 Agree/Somewhat agree (24%) – "Keeping all illegal immigrants out of the southern border is next to impossible but this seems like good middle ground. If you want to come to America, you need to do it through the various methods provided for you and you can't country-hop to get here before seeking asylum in a pass-through country. Seems plausible."

🤷 Neutral (20%) – "I think that there is no prefect plan. We are dealing with a crazy time in peoples lives. Yes I wish that everyone could come into the country with all of the correct documents and in the correct way. But I can't be mad at someone who is just trying to make a better life for themselves. Neither side has a perfect plan, so I think that Biden is truly trying to get as middle of the road as possible."

📉 Disagree/Somewhat disagree (13%) – "Most of the people are desperate to survive. We have to stop thinking every migrant is trying to get us. No one leaves their home country if they’re safe and thriving. We should put our energy and money into helping migrants."

👎 Strongly disagree (19%) – "I think that all people should be able to immigrate to the US. Everyone deserves the chance to start anew, especially these people who are coming from countries with corrupt governments. I think Americans also need to realize these people are not stealing their jobs, in fact, many immigrants take jobs that most Americans don't want to be in."
