If November’s presidential election were held today, who would you vote for?

🔴 The Republican candidate (28%) – "I really don’t understand how anyone could vote for Biden. I would love to have a civil conversation with a Biden voter to discuss the platform NOT trump. In fact, I challenge a conversation that doesn’t even mention trump. I bet there is a lot more in common than one would think. Unfortunately voters are often led by emotion, not logic"

  • "We certainly can't have four more years of this. They are telling us everything is great but it's not. Trump is a loudmouth but his policies were definitely better for America and the world. The world was at peace. The Middle East was at peace. They even signed the historical Abraham Accords. Russia was kept in check. Turns out he wasn't a Russian puppet after all."

"I do NOT love Trump, but Biden has not done well these last few years....Somehow picking the lesser of two evils has become the norm. We are no longer a democracy. This two party system is making America a divided mess!"

🔵 The Democratic candidate (40%) – "Biden has led the US out of recession & strengthened our standing with international allies - and doesn't fight to reduce people's rights!"

  • "1. The Republican Party has become a fractured cult of personality. I have difficulty trusting any of its candidates at this time. 2. My values are much more aligned with the Democratic Party's values and issues - especially its efforts to codify a woman's right to choose in the Constitution."

"The republican party is in shambles and has lost their way. They are supporting a candidate, Trump, who has stated that upholding the Constitution is not his job. They are holding the government hostage for their own petty fiefdoms of influence and getting nothing done to move the US forward. I am genuinely concerned for the future of democracy and the rights of all citizens."

  • "The Republican Party accepted the insurrection based on no evidence. The Republican Party is Trump's party. His statements about what he wants to do in the White House are frightening. Presidents have never had and should not have immunity. Presidents are not dictators. He wants the DOJ to go after his enemies. This is not the way I believe our country should be headed."

3️⃣ A third-party candidate (14%) – "If the election were tomorrow, I would vote green party. I'm sick of voting for the lesser of two evils. I'm sick of this failed two-party system. I'm sick of being pigeon-holed and fear-mongered into not "wasting" my vote. I'm sick of voting for old white men who care about nothing more than upholding their own power and privilege. I'm sick of voting for a wolf in sheep's clothing. I'm sick of voting for politicians who claim there is no money for student loan forgiveness, universal health care, or improve mental health services, but spend billions on funding war (or genocides). Above all else, I'm sick of the handling, or rather mishandling, of the Israel-Palestinian conflict/ the US-backed killing of 25,000+ innocent Palestinian civilians."

  • "RFK is a true middle ground between the parties. I may not agree with everything he stands for, but his opinions are much closer to the average American than either of the other two candidates. He is polling the highest numbers for a third party candidate since Teddy Roosevelt. If he has a great turnout this election, I truly believe he could win as a third party in the 2028 election."

🔞 I’m too young/I don’t vote (8%) – "I'm not a US citizen – but if I could vote, I would cast my ballot for Biden or another Democratic nominee."

🤷 Unsure/other (10%) – "The current field of candidates is just as bad as prior years. I really wish we'd get a solid candidate that won't destroy our economy, give away our sovereignty, weaken our position in the world, or try to destroy our Constitution and the rights of the people. Each candidate fails on at least one of those requirements."

  • "I really haven’t minded Trump or Biden. I’ll probably just sit this one out. Both have positives and negatives. I really like the emphasis Biden’s administration has put on antitrust and I think it will help us in the long run. However, it would be foolish to say the quality of life for many people around me was not better during the Trump administration. Maybe having these two exhaust their term limits by going back and forth wouldn’t be so bad."
