In general, how do you feel about the way America’s role in the Russia-Ukraine conflict has changed since President Trump took office?

Support (26%) – "Trump tried diplomacy now he is looking at other options. Diplomacy should always be the first option, but not the only one."

"There can’t be knee jerk reactions. During Biden’s era, the Ukraine was corruption itself. The tv series of Zelensky as an actor made comedy gold of how corrupt they were."

Oppose (60%) – "We should never leave a country stranded the way Trump did. We showed weakness and now Ukraine is paying the price. Russia was on its knees just two years ago and we encouraged them to continue the war."

I don't think this war is one we need to be fully involved in, but I also think it's important for us to be involved at some level, so I'm glad Trump is no longer talking like Putin is his bestie. My heart goes out to the many Ukrainians who have been beaten down by this war and the many Russians who are unwillingly or unknowingly caught up in this. Putin does not care about his people, not truly, and he certainly doesn't care about the Ukrainians. I hope Trump can help bring this war to an end, but I'm also not holding my breath."
