What are your thoughts on the ongoing conflict in the Middle East?

"As an independent, I voted for Trump but deeply regret it. He promised no new wars. No regime changes. He promised peace. Diplomacy. He chose Israel over America and I will never forgive him, or forget. Now our brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, are being sent to their deaths in Iran. I would never have voted for Harris, but should have voted 3rd Party."

  • "The Middle East has been a conflict area for thousands of years. We’re not going to solve it. We’re just going to lose men and weapons and are standing in the world. The conflict is more dangerous than ever because the weapons are more dangerous than ever."

"I don't have a thoughtful response because it is a thoughtless war. US jumped in to protect the petrodollar, because Iran wants to trade in yuan. US wants to beat the world into submission under the US dollar, but Trump's idiotic sanctions and tariffs are pushing countries to other currencies. Not to mention all the money the DOGE administration is wasting on munitions and will need to waste on repairing equipment in bases across the Middle East. Not to mention the irreparable harm Trump's policies have done to our soft power, making countries less willing to put their necks on the line to support the US."

  • "Trump was right to attack Iran. They should have been invaded in 1979 When they attacked the American consulate. But I am against sending in ground forces"

"The USA willingly allowed itself to be a pawn in a conflict that serves little purpose to the daily benefit for the majority of its citizens. A few very wealthy families will get even richer. Maybe some rare minerals will be extracted for furthering the wealth of those same families. But at what cost? The reputation of the USA is tarnished. It's leadership is considered corrupt and untrustworthy on the worldwide stage. Whatever lofty ideals this country once held are toppled like a tower of cards. The USA had committed crimes against humanity by purposely bombing a school then using false excuses to absolve itself. Thousands of soldiers will die for nothing. A country is being destroyed. And for what?"

  • "I am angry at the government for starting this war in the Middle East. There was no need. Trump is willing to kill thousands of innocent people, Americans included, to protect himself from exposure in the Epstein files and to make himself and his family wealthier in the process. The manipulation of the stock market that is going on in tandem with the war is disgustingly obvious. Any ordinary citizen would be prosecuted for less. Yet our Congress and Supreme Court systems just keep letting him get away with destroying our country. The rest of the world is watching us self destruct. It’s so very sad. And I’m angry."

"This is illegal and once again another violation of the constitution by Trump. There has still been no credible explanation to the American people why this attack was made. The “two week” nuclear weapon lie has already been debunked. This will cost the USA American and innocent Iranian livês as well as billions of dollars paid by American taxpayers. Trump is not mentally stable and should be removed from office.
