I always attract miracles and positive outcomes

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฆ The Sweet Spotlight

๐Ÿซง The bubble judge

Forget rice or rose petalsโ€”one Texas judge is making courthouse weddings pop.

Most courthouse weddings are short, official affairs. But Judge Adam Swartz at the North Dallas Government Center has one secret weapon for turning routine drab to fab: a $20 bubble gun.

How this bubbled up

When Swartz was first elected in 2022, he wanted to make the unions he officiated feel less like a paperwork pit stop, and more like a real celebration. He tapped into his theater background, added music (anything from Michael Bublรฉ to Whitney Houston), andโ€”his favoriteโ€”bubbles. Now, when he pronounces a couple married, the gavel lands just as the room fills with shimmer.

  • A video of his bubble ritual went viral on Instagram, with one commenter declaring, โ€œJudge Swartz with his bubble gun is an icon.โ€
  • Couples have started requesting him by name, sometimes planning their whole courthouse stop around snagging โ€œthe bubble judge.โ€

Itโ€™s not just for show: Swartz has presided over ~3,000 unions since joining the bench, sometimes doing five to eight in a single dayโ€”right alongside eviction cases and traffic disputes.

  • For Swartz, the weddings arenโ€™t just a lighthearted break, theyโ€™re the most meaningful part of his job. โ€œIf youโ€™re talking about my day-to-day impact on the community and peopleโ€™s lives,โ€ he says, โ€œthis makes all the difference in the world.โ€
  • Theatrics aside, he puts care into every ceremony, scrolling through couplesโ€™ photo albums on the courtroomโ€™s big screen, welcoming guests, and even tearing up himself.

His goal? To make courthouse โ€˜I dosโ€™ feel less like paperwork, more like a movie moment.

How one vetโ€™s love for her dog helped thousands of others

Every year, thousands of pet parents turn to glucosamine & chondroitin for their beloved dogs, only to be disappointed as mobility further declines.

Dr. Christine faced this struggle with her dog, Pepsi... until she discovered UC-IIยฎ collagen. Itโ€™s proven by multiple studies to be more effective than glucosamine and helped Pepsi move like his younger self.

This inspired her to create Jope, a veterinarian-formulated supplement combining UC-II ยฎ with high doses of omega-3s and curcumin from turmeric. Backed by a 90-day guarantee and trusted by thousands of dog parents every month.

๐Ÿ˜‡ Mindfulness Moments

๐Ÿ”ฒ Donโ€™t be a squareโ€ฆ

Just breathe like one. Box breathing is a simple and effective mindfulness technique that you can do anywhere. Letโ€™s try it together.

To get started: Make sure youโ€™re seated upright with your feet flat on the floor. Try to be in a stress-free, quiet environment where you can focus on your breathing. Keep your hands relaxed in your lap, palms facing up, and focus on sitting up straight.

  • Step 1: Slowly exhale
  • Step 2: Slowly inhale
  • Step 3: Hold your breath
  • Step 4: Exhale again
  • Step 5: Hold your breath again

If you need help with the timing (or are just a visual person like me), try breathing along with the GIF above for a few moments. Enjoy!
