  • C) Egypt’s government opens the mummy case of King Tutankhamun, an ancient pharaoh whose burial chamber was discovered two years earlier by renowned British archaeologist Howard Carter.
  • D) The Madrid Foot Ball Club is founded by a group of fans in Madrid, Spain. Later renamed Real Madrid, the club would become the most successful European soccer franchise of the 20th century.
