Meet this week’s biggest internet celebrity: Punch the monkey, and his emotional support stuffed animal “mom.”
After videos of the baby monkey getting shunned from his tribe went viral online, the internet went crazy, sending overwhelming messages of support for Punch from around the world.
- Punch became an overnight sensation. The Ichikawa City Zoo in Japan has reassured the public that he’s making strides in bonding with the other monkeys.
