During halftime of Saturday’s Game 4 of the NBA Finals, Miami’s mascot, Burnie, participated in what was supposed to be a fake boxing match with UFC champion Conor McGregor. Except… McGregor didn't exactly fake punch Burnie, sending him to the very real emergency room for treatment (he's fine now).

• Miami Heat’s head coach, Eric Spoelstra, jokingly praised Burnie, adding that the mascot shouldn’t miss any time due to the injury.
• The Nuggets ended up winning Game 4 (many say largely due to what happened to Burnie). And up 3-1, they’ll aim to close out the series at home tonight.
