🔵 President Biden (44%) – "It's really the only sane answer. Wish there was any remote chance that the US could have a governing system that supports a collation government like in Canada, with Biden and a social democrats party. Voting for third party means Trump will win."
"While I abhor his stance on the war Israel is waging on Palestinians, there are also national issues at stake. The thought of Trump being able to replace three SCOTUS judges with right wing agendas to overturn marriage equality or ban IVF or birth control is terrifying."
🔴 Former President Trump (30%) – "As a female pro-life advocate and supporter of state's rights, I am more in favor of Trump's abortion policies as well as his far more proactive approach to the border crisis. Although I don't necessarily "like" either candidates, Trump in office is what we really need right now considering the current state of the nation (Also not to mention Biden's deteriorating state). I feel like we need someone who can actually be present and able to deal with America's issues in an effective manner, which Biden has shown that he is unable to do anymore."
"Trump did a very good job during his term despite all of the obstacles thrown at him by the Democrats. Biden has been a complete disaster with no indication he will improve in a second term. Kennedy, who has little to no chance, talks a good game, but his VP choice has been so far left in the past that I have to question his sincerity. No other candidate has a chance."
3️⃣ Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (9%) – "The only candidate actively trying to bring people together rather than put them against each other. It also feels like his campaign isn't being completely run by focus group which is incredibly refreshing in the mainstream American political environment."
3️⃣ A different third-party candidate (7%) – "The system is broken - a convicted felon should not be president and is too old. Biden is way too old. And RFK feels like a stunt/I don't know much about his platform. Either way the two "front-runners" are not in touch with our society and I don't believe will represent the best interest of the U.S. domestically or globally."
🔞 I’m too young/I don’t vote (4%) – "Regardless of my inability to vote, I still have an idea of the outcome of the election. After any particularly tumultuous presidential term, the populace tends to vote in favor of an opposite end of the spectrum or at least a candidate who has contrasting views or even demographics as the previous president. Look at Hoover and FDR, Bush and Obama. However, with statistics showing that Former President Trump having a standing chance against any opposition to his potential second term the election could honestly go to anyone."
🤷 Unsure/other (6%) – "I'm undecided still and probably will be until the last minute when pen goes to paper. Right now no candidate runs on a platform of bringing unity once again to this country. I have lost all faith in our scientific community, in our system of justice, in our government.....period. I want a person who can take the reins of this runaway train and put it back on track!"
