👍 Positive (51%) – "There is a teacher and principal shortage in schools and states and the federal government are investing billions of dollars to recruit, prepare and retain teachers and leaders. There are so many scholarship and loan forgiveness programs to become an educator that it is very enticing field right now."

• "Regardless of the what the economy is doing, asset managers & stock traders are still going to do their thing. Which means they'll still need our software."

"After the election, I imagine an uptick in the economy, and corporations will double down on hiring (as usual). Until AI fully overtakes the executive recruitment space, it'll be busy for us in 2025."

👎 Negative (49%) – "Demands on teachers grow every year, and the demands are outside of the things we were trying to do. Also less people are choosing to go into education because of the poor pay."

• "Job reports from feds have been manipulated more and more and no longer show reality, at least in how the news media reports it. As a longtime demographic strategist, I understand the underlying truths and trends. Full time jobs are down, high paying jobs are down, federal jobs are up. Part time jobs and low paying jobs are up. Service jobs are up. Health care jobs are up and will stay up as our population ages. A robust economy is not indicated in those monthly jobs reports for several years past."
