📉 Negative (46%) – "The cost of doing business is out of hand. Everything needed to operate, from electricity to materials, from rent to payroll, is at the breaking point for many in my sector, including me."

• "Home sales are down and inventory is up. Day on the market numbers are increasing every day and as a result, the values will fall. Good for buyers, not so good for sellers."

"I'm sure revenues will go up, but there is a continuing trend in CEOs roleplaying as old-fashioned pirates. Board the ship, raid the loot, tie all the passengers to the mast, then sink the ship and move on. Look how many 'cost-cutting' measures have occurred for companies making record profits."

• "Being in the construction industry, I think a .25 basis drop will not get buyers off the fence, and prospective buyers will be inclined to wait out 3- more drops before making a purchase. A .5 basis drop might shake a few off the fence though."
