In your opinion, when will the four-year-long war between Russia and Ukraine officially come to an end?

Within 3 months (8%) – "The Russian army is dangerously depleted of men. Ground fighting results in unsustainable casualties. That's why the Russians are lobbing missiles & drones at civilian population & infrastructure targets. As for the Ukrainians, the NATO help has been too little, too late. Unfortunately for Ukraine, Trump both admires and is quite clearly afraid of Putin. They are fellow bullies and unprincipled dictators. Freedom for Ukraine & Europe is not the issue for Trump, it is merely haggling for real estate."

3-6 months from now (11%) – "The war has come to terms in several areas already, it's only a matter of time before a full peace is reached. Ukraine now appears willing to give up control of land in exchange for peace, which it wasn't open to doing before."

6 months to 1 year from now (24%) – "Zelensky is realizing Ukraine has lost in the fighting. He is fighting to retain as much as possible for Ukraine but is slowly giving way to Russian demands."

• "The war will only end when Russians get tired of losing men and equipment or feel like their goals have been reached for now in Ukraine."

1-2 years from now (22%) – "The longer is goes on, Zelenskyy will be in office - he will be ousted before the first vote is cast in an election."

• "When you consider who the key players are in the peace talks, it should be obvious by now that the three key parties cannot agree on what time of day it is, let alone agree upon what the key detail and sticking point in the negotiations is, that being the sovereignty of Ukraine."

2+ years from now (35%) – "It has been 4 years already. Both sides are strong. Things like "national referendum" throw a curve ball into the mix that is a brilliant way of saying "no". So, nothing is decided. There is nothing to indicate that either side is ready to stop."

• "Russia has territorial goals and wont quit until they get them. They have the numbers to meet their goals and the lack of respect for Russian soldier's lives to make the sacrifice to get the territory."

"Russia won’t desist in its pursuit of conquest while Putin is in charge, and perhaps not even then. Ukraine and Europe as a whole can’t afford to appease him. I don’t think this ends while Trump is in office since he’s only on his own side at the end of the day."
